Commercial power to this site has been restored.

We are aware and are monitoring the many (many) individual sites/devices
that are currently down, at this point assumed due to the high number of
power outages.

Subject: Potential degredation of Internet connectivty

 

We are aware of a situation that at somepoint later tonight may cause a loss
of our primary Internet provider as well as connectivity to Internet2.

A network equipment location in southern Maine carrying this traffic has
been operating on generator power since 4:30pm.

With the increasing # of power outages we do not expect it's power to be
restored quickly.

Should this happen we should retain a level of Internet connectivity but
capacity will be degraded.
