Scope: Network Connectivity for Orono Campus

Summary: 
	We will be doing some maintenance in the Orono Data Center that may affect connectivity.  We are doing some work around live fiber connections.  The intention is to not disrupt any connections, but is to serve as a warning for the maintenance window.
