Summary: 
	Upgrading firmware on NetApp cluster.  We do not anticipate significant impact on any systems.   Some I/O slowdowns might occur and for systems using fiber channel or iscsi you will see I/O paths disappear and come back.  We expect this to take less than the 4 hours we have allocated.
