Scope: Should not be service impacting. Traffic will switch to redundant paths.

Summary: 
	Firstlight will be performing maintenance on a fiber span between Plymouth NH and Hanover NH on Jan 25th starting at midnight. This is to replace a section of fiber that was found to be cracked and creating random performance issues during the colder months.
