Summary: 
	We are upgrading the firmware on our NetApp filers.  This requires shutting down systems making use of them.  This includes all Mail systems, Peoplesoft, Blackboard, RMS, ID management, Document Imaging, some Web servers and others.  Our plan is to have systems shut down before 6AM (some take some time to shut down) and start bringing them up as soon as the filers are upgraded  (sometime between 6:30 and 7AM).
