Are you a public library that has been given or purchased a new Zoom account through Networkmaine? If so, let's talk training.

In collaboration with the Maine Humanities Council, the Maine State Library is offering a pair of webinars, covering two topics: facilitating Zoom meetings and programs, and training with Zoom technology.


For the facilitation trainings:

This training teaches facilitation tools and techniques for librarians to effectively use Zoom in their communities. The training will explore how virtual meetings can work for a variety of library programs, introduce tools for building communication and connection between participants in both large scale and small group discussion oriented programs, and support genuine reciprocal conversation on Zoom.

For both trainings, registration will be capped at 15 people per session. For users new to Zoom, please join 15 minutes before the beginning of the webinar to address any technical difficulties. Meetings will be recorded, so please don't register UNLESS you plan to attend!
