Phase 1 (June 1– June 19):

Deliver sorting facility/warehouse items to libraries. Use only the “Ready for Delivery” form option on the form.

Check-in on how it is going?

Volume of requests – close to 90 requests from public, academic and school libraries

FX comments – 72 libraries being serviced today.  11 on Thursday, June 11.



Phase 2 (June 22-July 10):

FX will begin picking up materials from libraries that have previous returns or patron requests. MSL encourages communication between libraries about how to handle previous patron materials requests based on the borrowing library’s ability to provide to patrons via curbside or in the building. The new form for library status will provide libraries



Phase 3 (July 13 – tentative start date depending on # libraries ready and any virus changes to the state’s re-opening.



Zoom accounts processed.  Some libraries have not activated their account.

Zoom training – Coming in late June and early July

  *   Zoom Facilitation – Maine Humanities Council – New library training will begin June 23.
