This loss of connectivity for some locations was due to a router module
failure in Portland. Engineers have moved the impacted link to another
module and have just completed the necessary reconfiguration. Impacted
sites are coming back online as I type this message.
Installation of a replacement module will be scheduled for an upcoming
maintenance window.
We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.
