This afternoon, from approximately 3:40 p.m until just before 4 p.m., we
received reports of issues with multiple services.
Initial investigation indicates these reports were caused by issues with
the underlying internet host name resolution (DNS) servers.
Technical staff continue to monitor the situation and investigate the cause
of the issues. However, as of 4pm, all services appear to have returned to
normal.
