Summary: 
	To resolve an issue where newly connected interfaces fail to establish a link, we have been advised by the vendor to apply a software patch to the Neville distribution switch. This will result in about 10 minutes of downtime during the window for the following connected LAN switches on the Orono Campus, with the exception of UMPD-BDF1 which will only experience a few seconds of lost packets as the link fails over.
