Scope: EMERGENCY: Estabrooke Hall Backup Power

Summary: 
	During the maintenance window we will be upgrading the firmware on the UPS in Estabrooke. This provides backup power for core equipment and backup services (wireless and firewall) for the campus. 

All devices have an A/B side for power so no outage is expected to occur.
