Summary: 
	Time Warner has found another bad splice in the fiber that services Gorham. They will repair the splice, starting at 4 AM and should be done by 6AM. I have the window extended to 7AM in case there are complications. Thanks for your understanding as we work with Time Warner to resolve these critical fiber issues.
