Actually, this used to be true.  They used to only recruit players out of
United States high schools, but that has changed.
 
Due to a drought of 10 years without holding the Beanpot, BC can no longer get
the best (or even very good) local talent like they used to.
 
This year, they recruited a Canadian player for the first time.  (I do not
count Hodge as Canadian... where did they play high school... that is what I
(and BC) look at.)  Their goalie is very good and may, in time, get BC back
on the winning track.
