I understand that Div 3 college hockey schools are not allowed to hand out
full scholorships like Div 1 schools, but as a player at Plattsburgh State,
I've found that NCAA is very strict on it's violations. Why is it that we
have to watch Div 1 schools do what ever they want just about, and we can't
accept anything for free or receive some of simple benefits such as a hat
or a T-shirt without commiting a violation.  Why does the NCAA treat us so
unfair?t
