USCHO is predicting that Maine will go to Albany, because despite all of
Maine's wins during the past three weekends, and all of BC's losses, BC is still
ahead of Maine on the RPI and the pair-wise rankings. In other words, the
numbers say BC ranks ahead of Maine, even though recent experience might suggest a
contrary conclusion.

The numbers also say Colorado College should be the 13th seed in the
tournament--except that the NCAA says it plans to give a bonus for quality wins.
Under the bonus scenarios that USCHO looks at, Colorado College drops out of the
picture.
