Here's the first sacrificial lamb of bracket guesses, to make a safe path for
subsequent more reasoned guesses.  I was getting tired of waiting for
Maine and Massachusetts to resolve their differences, so I went with
Maine (I need some sleep.)  Although I can imagine there is a little more
fun to be had with the brackets if Massachusetts wins.
