Actually that particular block for $1,200 is not a bid, it's the asking
price from the seller. The sky-high one is the 4-pack for $2175.  :-)
 
For that package however, juast as for many of the other prices listed,
they're all being sold (and bid on) by parties that have never bought nor
sold anything through eBay.
 
This happens all the time on eBay with sports tickets and is usually the
result of the seller having multiple accounts and bidding on their own
product to drive the price up. Just another new tool for the scalpers,
except this way they can pretend there's higher demand. And if one of their
own bids win, nobody's gonna complain...
