North Dakota State has announced they will add Division I men's and women's
hockey
programs if the city of Fargo votes to build a new arena.  The new arena is
estimated
to cost $40-42 million with North Dakota State picking up $8-10 million of
that cost.
It is likely that citizens of Fargo will be voting in April on whether to
extend a
city-wide sales tax to finance the new arena. News stories on the plans may
