1.  Student athlete attended 4 yr institution in fall '90 and
    participated for 20 minutes of ice hockey.  SA then transferred to
    a 2 year school.  2 year school wanted student to not be charged
    with a year of competition.
 
    Appeal denied
 
2.  This one isn't ice hockey, but seems worthy of note:
    Institution received extensive and significant earthquake damage
    that destroyed computers and data, so school requested waiver of
    annual audit requirement.
 
    Appeal granted.
