My friends are always piquing (sp?) my curiosity.  Yesterday was
a discussion on rules in pro's but not college. For instance:
 
Would someone be kind enough to explain to poor little old me
why there is no 2 line pass rule in the NC$$?  Is it just to open
up the game or is there an underlying principle I missed?
Could it have to do with smaller rinks?
