I just happened to be in the lobby of the Marc Plaza hotel in Milwaulkee
on sunday morning as the Gophers were loading the bus.  They were scheduled
to leave at 7:30 AM.   Woog came in the front door and an unidentified
Minnesota player was walking down the stairs and woog got on him...
the conversation was something like this.
 
Woog:  what are you doing in here.  You guys are all in trouble  I told
       you the bus leaves at 7:30
 
Player: We are all just sitting around in here waiting.
 
Wooh:   well you think the bus is gonna drive thru the lobby and pick you up!
 
Those of us in the lobby kinda chuckled, except for the Minnesota players
who filed out onto the bus.  Hang in there guys only a couple more weeks left!

I thought it was kinda amusing, they won the WCHA the night before, and Woog
(as he should have been) was right back to coaching at 7:30 AM on sunday! ;-)
