Latest from cloudLibrary. They are aware that the recent issues arising from "unprecedented demand" has been frustrating for a number of users and the libraries supporting them. They've spent the last few days upgrading their capacity to accommodate the heightened demand.
Thank you all for your patience as technical issues with cloudLibrary are resolved. I believe many have already found that their recent issues resolved themselves due to these improvements.
