Hmm, LSSU (which is MUCH smaller than the relatively large UAH) might
argue that... :-) But we get the point (locale, not size).

Looking at the Div2-3 composite, UAH is 9-0-1 in games listed there:
tie to Windsor, and wins over Windsor (3), Mercyhurst (2), RIT (2),
PC, and AIC. Those games:

10/16/93 Alabama-Huntsvil 6 at Windsor 2 NC
10/17/93 Alabama-Huntsvil 2 at Windsor 2 NC
10/29/93 Mercyhurst 3 at Alabama-Huntsvil 9 NC
10/30/93 Mercyhurst 4 at Alabama-Huntsvil 7 NC
11/06/93 Windsor 2 at Alabama-Huntsvil 5 NC
11/07/93 Windsor 4 at Alabama-Huntsvil 5 NC
11/19/93 RIT 4 at Alabama-Huntsvil 6 NC
11/20/93 RIT 1 at Alabama-Huntsvil 7 NC
11/27/93 Alabama-Huntsvil 4 at Providence 2 NC
11/28/93 Alabama-Huntsvil 7 at American Int'l 2 NC
12/10/93 New Hamp Col at Alabama-Huntsvil NC
12/11/93 New Hamp Col at Alabama-Huntsvil NC

There are 3 weekends in there without any games listed for UAH. Can
anyone fill them in? I believe there are at least 4 games missing.
The NC$$ poll, which usually lists only record vs NC$$ teams, had UAH
8-1-1, but subtracting the four games UAH played vs Windsor (Canadian;
3-0-1 record), UAH is only 6-0-0. So it would appear that there are
two wins, a loss, and a tie vs NC$$ teams missing from the above; they
must be Div II or III. And, UAH must be at least 11-1-2 overall.

Thanks in advance...btw, Merrimack travels down to Huntsville for a
pair of games Jan 1-2. That begins a stretch of 3 straight
Northeast-10 (DivII) teams traveling down south to play the Chargers.
Merrimack is the only Northeast-10 team playing DivI hockey; the other
two opponents for UAH will be St Anselm and Stonehill. Quinnipiac
will make the journey in February.

I noticed the article said there were 13 teams in DivII this season.
Who is #13? I know of 12: UAH, Bemidji, Mankato, AIC, NH College,
Mercyhurst, Bentley, Quinnipiac, St Anselm, Stonehill, St Michael's,
and Assumption. My guess is that #13 is Sacred Heart, which I believe
is DivII (they've played in the DivII hoop tourney) in the same
conference as NH College and moved up from club to varsity this
season.

Special thanks to Lynn for posting this and for her work on the 2-3
composite and scores!
