Comment:
  The penalties late in the second period caused a 5-3 power play advantage for
WMU which MSU fought off successfully.  However WMU then continued on a 5-4
advantage for 1:17 until a whistle stopped play and the short-handed error was
corrected.  The old rule would have given WMU a 5-4 for 4 minutes; the new one
should give them 5-3 for 2 minutes; instead they got 5-3 for 2 minutes plus 5-4
for 1:17.
