Brian Morris asked:
"BTW does anyone know what the
injury was to Ben Eaves? Was it serious?"

I do not have a definitive answer, but my guess is that his knee brace came undone. coming of a serious knee injury, I am sure he was wearing a neoprene and steel brace to protect the knee under contact. These velcro secured braces can come undone and when they do, they are incredibly uncomfortable if not painful. Since they laid him on his back and lifted one of his legs, it looked to me that they were resecuring a loosened knee brace. But as other things in life (love, money, and my pick to win the 2004 Frozen Four), I could be wrong. Judging from the winning goal, he was not seriously hurt -- the announcers just overreacted.
