This article from USCHO highlights some of the new rules and points of
emphesis for this upcoming college hockey season.

A quick list:

- adopting the Olympic rule of 15 seconds before faceoffs
- ability to award goals when they are deemed "imminent"
- a "clipping" penalty for low hits
- adopting the NHL crease
- elimination of the two person referee system (03-04)
