Obstruction refers to the fact that you're impeding someone from getting
somewhere.  It could be via hooking, holding, tripping, or just getting in
the way i.e. interference.

It seems like Gravellese was trying to say that so-and-so obstructed
someone's path by use of the body.

Or am I way off base.
