I've been enjoying watching Muckalt play since his recent trade to the
Islanders.
 
He has twice in the last two game made somewhat-spectacular plays involving
knocking a puck down out of mid-air and either controlling it or directing it
to a teammate.
 
For those who saw him play for 4 years at Michigan:
 
Is this something he did regularly while there?  Ddi he perhaps play lacrosse
as well in college?
