Former Minnesota-Duluth defensemen Norm Maciver and Greg Andrusak played
for the Houston Aeros, who won the International Hockey League's Turner Cup
on Saturday night.
 
The Aeros beat Orlando 5-3 in Game 7 of the championships series before
15,242 at the Compaq Center in Houston.
 
Andrusak played for the Pittsburgh Penguins until they were eliminated from
the NHL playoffs. He then rejoined the Aeros, for whom he had played
briefly this season. Andrusak spent most of the season in Germany.
 
Maciver signed as a free agent with the Aeros before the season started.
