it's a huge story here in Anchorage. If Mailhot
decides not to drop the charges, which I speculate he will, Turbo will
probably file a counter suit. The local news in Anchorage replayed the
incident from earlier this year in which Mailhot cross-checked him in the face
after taking 3 strides toward him, knocking out 2 teeth and opening a gash
that required 10 stitches.

how does the WCHL player from Anchorage who got arrested for
assault last night after spearing an opponent in the face.........
College and minor professional in Anchorage....unnecessary violent intent to
injure play! Is this behavior punishable only within the league or confines of
NCAA rules and/or does it constitute punishment under public law?!
