I like you John was not impressed by Manitoba...although they put up a
great fight.  But it seemed to me that the Sioux themselves were just out
there to play around.  There was nothing too serious about this
game...just a chance to let everyone play and have fun.  Temple was a good
goalie but he got too frustrated with both himself and his teammates and
at times gave up. IE  after goal #6 he just laid down and threw his stick
in the air....cute but unsportsmanly.  Can't recall who scored for
manitoba but Brad Defauw of UND had a hat trick and Jay panzer scored 2 of
his own...as for the other two I lost track...the game didn't really keep
me involved...Look for both teams to step up as the real play starts...
and as for the WDAZ broadcasts...they are okay...if you don't mind all the
comentary of Pat Sweeny....but they do a good job of talking to both teams
and covering  the game.
