ECAC/Bauer Player of the Week
 
Matt Reid (Clarkson)
Sophomore, Right Wing (Massena, New York)
        Reid scored a goal in the Golden Knights' 3-3 tie against Union
and came back the next night to tally five points on three goals and two
assists in an 11-0 win over Rensselaer.  Reid tallied four goals and six
points on the weekend.
 
ECAC/Bauer Rookie of the Week
 
Erik Cole (Clarkson)
Left Wing (Oswego, New York)
        Cole scored a pair of goals in the Golden Knights' 11-0 win over
Rensselaer.  The two goals were the first two of his career.  He now has
two goals and six points on the season.
 
ECAC/Heaton Goaltenders of the Week
 
Eric Heffler (St. Lawrence)
Junior (Williamsville, New York)
        Heffler led St. Lawrence to back-to-back shutouts for the first
time since 1966 as the Saints blanked Rensselaer 1-0 and Union 7-0.
Heffler had 37 saves against Rensselaer and 27 stops against Union.
 
Alex Westlund (Yale)
Junior (Flemington Village, New Jersey)
        Westlund made 35 saves in a 5-1 win at Colgate and 38 saves in a
2-1 overtime victory at Cornell.  He has now allowed just one goal, or
posted a shutout, in five of the teams six league games and six of the
teams seven games this season.
