I'm really impressed with Minn-Duluth's 3 for 3 (nominations to winners).

What is the story behind the D-2 and D-3 teams with players nomminated?
I never really thought about it, but I guess the Hobie is not limited to
strickly D-1 players, as the Hiesman is not limited to D-1A players
(Steve McNair opened a lot of eyes). But were the D-2 and D-3 players from
the early 80's? I don't remember any an non D-1 players as recently as 1991.
