Hi folks.  Thought I'd share a few interesting facts regarding the
Northern Michigan-Michigan Tech series this weekend.
.....The all-time series is tied at 25-25-4.  NMU has won the last
six overall meetings and eight of the last 10.  Tech has not won at
Northern Michigan since Jan. 14, 1988.
.....NMU's 35-game home unbeaten streak is on the line.
.....The winner of the four-game, regular-season series is awarded
the Ramada Inn Cup, which NMU has won in the three years of the
trophy's existence.
 
On an unrelated note regarding the absence of BC's goalie from the
Eagles' lineup, I read in the Oct. 30 USA Today that he is "on
suspension after self reporting NCAA violations of an unknown origin"
and that "the NCAA is reviewing his eligibility status."
