Rick Mrozik and Jamie Langenbrunner of Cloquet were among 14
players officially named to the U.S. junior hockey team Friday.
 
The U.S. will compete in the 1995 IIHF junior tournament in Red Deer,
Alberta, Dec. 26-Jan. 4.
 
Mrozik is a sophomore defenseman at Minnesota-Duluth and Langenbrunner,
who was on the U.S. junior team last year, is in his second season with
Peterborough of the Ontario Hockey League.
 
Also returning for another year with the team are forwards Adam
Deadmarsh, Kevin Hilton, Richard Park and Landon Wilson and defensman
Ashlin Halfnight.  Forwards Jon Battaglia, Reg Berg, Mike Grier and Sean
Haggarty and defensemen Mike Crowley, Rory Fitzpatrick and Brian LaFleur
were also named to the team.
 
The remaining eight members, including two goalies, will be added by coach
Jeff Jackson before Dec. 1.
