Both  [log in to unmask]  and  [log in to unmask]
 
commented about the location of the court HE used to file their
latest court action.  I would imagine that the court used would have
something to do with where HE is incorporated.  Anyone know where HE is
officially registered?  (State of Maine?)  Would not the league members
agree when joining which state would be used as their "Choice of Law."
