Notes for 12/7/92:
 
The Maine Black Bears have slipped a little on their overall rating
with some relatively close games over the weekend, but have solidified
their lead even further with Clarkson now dropping below the Michigan
Wolverines.
 
Boston University is the week's big winner moving up five spots while
Denver plunged six spots.  Northeastern is still the most lopsided
team with #4 offense and #42 defense.
 
CHODR was very successful in predicting the outcome for the past
week's action (including last Wednesday's games).  Of the 26 games
decided in regulation, CHODR correctly picked the winner in 20 of
them!  Of the six that it got wrong, five of them had projected
victory margins of less than 0.7 goals.  Of the five games that went
into overtime, all but one (Merrimack-Providence) also had projected
margins of under or near 1 goal.
 
Please keep the comments coming!  Also, let us know if there is some
interest in seeing a summary of CHODR's predictions for upcoming
games.  The numbers may seem surprising sometimes, but as you can
see, they are right more often than not!
