I cannot find anyone other than Welsh who has done this...but believe it or
not, the guy who has come the closest to doing this is none other than
Shawn Walsh.  His 84-85 Maine team (first year at the helm) went 12-29-1,
and the next year, 85-86, they went 11-28-1.  86 wasn't that long ago...and
it only took another two years before they won 30, 34-8-2 in 87-88.
