Remember... This same Billion Dollar "Think tank" brought the clever policy
that parents must order tickets for infants through the lottery system
before we actually concieved the child.

The NC$$ mandates that all persons regardless of age must hold a ticket to
this event which sells out a full year in advance. Therefore, parents who
travel to Buffalo according to the NCAA should order tickets before checking
the ovulation period of their spouse/partner.

Just a friendly child planning tip from those loveable folks in Kansas
City...um I mean Indy. :)

This is posted on the Championships site ... are these guys
brain damaged? Since when did they not know that bulk mail
takes longer? First problems with the printer, now this:

2003 Men's Frozen Four Ticket Application Information
March 22, 2002 - Due to miscommunication regarding the priority
database and the postal service mailing process, the applications
started the mailing process on April 12. Due to the fact that these
applications are mailed via bulk mail, it normally takes 12-15 days
for patrons to receive these. Therefore, if you are waiting on a
priority application, you should receive it approximately April 24.

The general public application process has been pushed back to
allow the priority applicants to receive their applications first. The
general public application will be available on this web site
(www.ncaachampionships.com) beginning May 1.

All applications need to be received not later than May 22.
