Jack McDonald says, quoted in an USCHO article:

 > safety and, hopefully, sellouts."

If the NC$$ were truly concerned about safety, they would offer ticket refunds
to fans more than 400 miles from St Paul and encourage them to stay home and
watch the games on TV.
