That's a highly uncertain proposition.  Depending on just how bottom-
feeding the bottom-feeder is, it's possible that the hit to wpct from
going 1-1 outweighs the gain to strength of schedule in RPI (as
compared to going 2-0 against the weaker team), not to mention that a
loss against a top team will hurt TUC and potentially COP as well.
