Here's something I've been thinking about for a while now.  On the Jeff
Sauer show, one of the Badger players (who shall remain nameless here) does
a weekly feature on some aspect of the team.
 
Why is this legal, and someone writing an article isn't?  They are both in
the area of journalism, and they are both for "commercial" companies (in
that they both make money).
 
Just something else to add into the debate...
