To add to the list that Bill Fenwick posted, Dartmouth hosted McGill and won
6-3 on Saturday night.

Although Dartmouth started out a little tentative in the first period, they
were much more solid in the second and third periods. I don't have the
statistics, but at one point in the first period, Dartmouth had a long stretch
of power play opportunity and failed to capitalize. Perhaps this is not
surprizing in light of the fact that the team is very young (9 freshman, 8
sophomores) and has not had much of a chance to really play together. One
bright point was a hat trick by Dartmouth sophomore Scott Fraser, all goals
coming in the third period.

Next weekend at St. Lawrence and Clarkson should be a better indicator.
