Add Holy Cross to your list.  These are programs which play a largely
Div. II-III schedule, but are classified as Div. I because the
school's overall athletic category is Div. I -- and they are not
allowed by NCAA regulations to field a team at a lower level.
 
A fuller explanation gets rather complicated (& lengthy).  However,
it generally works out well enough for everyone.  Programs like
Canisius are not eligible for consideration for the D-I tournament
because they don't play enough D-I games.  They are also not eligible
for the D-II or D-III playoffs because they are classified as D-I.
