I'll admit that I don't think that team USA played to potential, but Maine
played gutsy and hard. They didn't let USA push them around and won every
battle for the puck. All of a sudden, with Maine's obvious skill on defense
and in the nets, repeating as national champs doesn't seem to be all that
crazy of a notion. Maine reminds me of college football's Miami Hurricanes
or FSU Seminoles. They don't rebuild, they reload. Good luck, let's have
a fun year.Oh yeah, I have to agree with an earlier post, Maine fans did
cry too much for penalties that didn't exist.
