I messed up the Friday night CCHA standings a bit. Hope I do better
tonight. This is how everthing stands, assuming the scores I saw on H-L
are correct. Everyone has 2 games left.

    Team Pts Possible finish
 1. Miami 47 1-2
 2. Michigan 44 1-2-3
 3. LSSU 42 2-3
 4. MSU 36 4-5
 5. WMU 32 4-5
 6. FSU 27 6
 7. KSU 21 7-8-9
 8. BGSU 21 7-8-9
 9. UIC 18 7-8-9
10. UND 12 10
11. OSU 8 11

The battles that remain:
1-2: Miami's magic number is 2 vs. Michigan. The Redskins had better
wrap it up at Ferris Friday because winning at the Soo on Saturday will
be much tougher. Michigan has an easier time, at Kent and OSU.

2-3: Michigan's magic number is 2 vs. LSSU.

4-5: MSU's magic number is 1 vs. WMU. The Spartans travel to BG and
host Notre Dame.

7-8-9: Kent's magic number is 2 vs. UIC and 4 vs. BG. BG's is 1 vs UIC.
Kent wins the tie-breaker vs BG, BG wins vs UIC, and UIC wins vs Kent.
The only way for UIC to get 7th is if they win 2, BG loses 2, and Kent
gets 1 or fewer points.

I won't go thru all of the combinations, but it is possible for all of
the spots to be set after Friday's games.
