USCHO reports (via the Bangor Daily News) that Hockey East is
considering going to a 4-on-4 overtime period and adopting the 2
referee/2 linesman officiating crew.  Both are currently in place in
the NHL, I believe.

Maine coach Tim Whitehead plans to recommend all the changes to the
NCAA, which would not go into affect until the 2004-5 season.

Hockey East athletic directors still must approve the change(s).
