[continuing the thread]  The Badger Showdown has slowed down a bit
attendence wise the last few years.  Some have thought it may have been
due to the Badger's two-year slump - maybe true - and other's note the
influx of other tournaments available to Milwaukee, WCHA and the
Showcase as being a factor.  Mix it up and all suggestions are probably
accurtate.  Has there been any talk of moving the Badger Showdown to the
Kohl Center?  Also,
 
I am pumped because I recently turned in my card/application for season
hockey tickets at the Kohl Center next year.  Being up there on the
waiting list finally pays off.  However, I will be the last of the first
group to get tickets, not being a current season ticket holder, and
refusing to pay the $2,500 butt-kiss fee to the Athletic Departement for
the right to have great seats.  I paid my fee a long time ago, its
called tuition.  (another post for another day!)  It will be weird not
being able to go to the beer garden between periods.  Hopefully, I'll
know someone in a luxury box..
