Mike, you've complained before that you've had a terrible time EMAILING me
(I think the phrase was that I've the EMAIL address from hell), but
oftentimes I've sent you letters to you privately.  I thought that you'd
received them since they never came back but over the last few days I
received several returns.   You may be receiving quite a few letters from
me today, many out-dated, since I just remailed them all.  Let me know if
you get them.  Maybe, for some strange reason, we just can't send/receive
