I believe it had been posted earlier on the list that one of the Ferraros
(Chris I think) had registered for the spring semester back in January.  The
question about the NCAA allowing the Ferraros to play this year would then
be moot, assuming they were enrolled in enough credits to maintain full-time
status.
 
Regarding Kariya, I think he might agree to play for the remainder of the year,
if he isn't too tired.  Anaheim doesn't look to make the playoffs, so there
is no incentive in him signing right away.  But I'm certain he'll be in a
Ducks uniform for the start of next season.
